This Cookie Policy supplements the Clexta Privacy Policy. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how Rovlid handles personal data in connection with the Clexta iOS application, clexta.com, support communications, subscriptions, diagnostics, and related services.
Clexta is designed around a privacy-conscious, local-first product model. The Clexta website is not designed to use cookies to access the photos or videos stored in your Apple Photos library or to obtain Clexta's local media-review state from your device.
This Policy describes our website practices as of the Effective Date. Website technologies, hosting arrangements, security providers, analytics tools, and applicable legal requirements may change. We will update this Policy where legally required or when a material change affects the disclosures in this Policy.
2. Who We Are
Clexta is provided by Rovlid LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Rovlid LLC is responsible for personal data that it determines how and why to process in connection with clexta.com, including limited website, security, consent, support, and operational information.

Optional analytics are not intended to obtain photo or video content from your Apple Photos library or Clexta's Local App Data.

If optional analytics are not enabled, this section does not mean that Clexta necessarily deploys an analytics cookie or analytics provider.
10. Website Logs and Security Information
When you visit clexta.com, Rovlid or its hosting, network, or security providers may process basic request and server-log information.

Clexta does not request precise GPS location through clexta.com for the core Clexta service.

As of the Effective Date, Clexta is not designed to use personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
Clexta does not use photo or video content from your Apple Photos library for website advertising.
Clexta does not use website cookies to build a consumer advertising profile based on your photo or video content.
If Clexta's website practices materially change in the future so that a legally regulated sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or similar activity occurs, we will update the applicable privacy disclosures and provide any opt-out or consent mechanism required by law.
16. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, applicable privacy law may provide rights regarding personal data associated with website technologies.
Those rights may include the right to:
- Know whether we process personal data about you and obtain information about that processing.
- Access certain personal data we hold about you.
